XM and Sirius both have a over 100 channels to choose
from. The Channels section contains detail listing for
each company. Both companies group the channels in a
variety of categories. The following tables represents
a comparison of the channels by category. In some
cases categories were combined and channels moved to
different sections. This was done to get the best
comparison. For Example, The Sirius Christian Channel,
Spirit, was moved out of the Sirius category of Pop to a
generic Christian count.
